The software serves as a centralized Customer Data Platform (CDP) that automatically aggregates, cleanses, and orchestrates data from multiple ad channels, analytics platforms, and internal databases. Founder story

Applicata was co-founded by digital business veterans Sebastian Rieschel and Carsten Petzold in Berlin, Germany. Having spent their entire careers operating performance setups inside prominent consumer platforms like Jamba and smava, they experienced firsthand the massive problem of disjointed multi-stage data siloes. Frustrated by inconsistent cross-channel reporting metrics across teams, they engineered a native cloud-based intelligence architecture to combine analytical, marketing, and CRM storage lines under one unified roof.

Comparison overview

• Unlike horizontal consumer data giants like Segment that require complex custom engineering to interpret core ad trends, Applicata houses built-in marketing intelligence structures natively.
• It shifts beyond standard visualization tools by providing combined technology setups along with expert business analytics advisory layers.
• Additionally, its automated multi-channel tracking focuses strictly on optimizing direct customer metrics like cost-per-order and customer lifetime value without fragmented database overhead.
