Dashly is an AI-powered conversational marketing and lead qualification platform purpose-built for SaaS, EdTech, and e-commerce growth teams. The software replaces static website forms with interactive, proactive AI chatbots, smart pop-ups, and live communication widgets to capture anonymous web traffic. It segments incoming contacts into customized eCRM lead profiles based on visual click behavior and explicit intent parameters. This unifies outbound marketing automation with live agent handovers.
Co-founded in 2014 by Dmitrii Sergeev and Sergey Inkov, Dashly was designed to close the wide conversion gap between browsing and buying. Noticing that companies spent thousands on ad acquisition only for ninety-seven percent of visitors to leave silently, the team engineered a human-like interactive chat interface. Originally scaling from Europe before establishing global corporate footprints in Wilmington, Delaware, the team expanded to support over seventy active professionals.
