Founder story

EquiiText was established in 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada, to eliminate the massive financial drain and administrative overhead typical of traditional search engine and banner advertising. Recognizing that small enterprise operators spent thousands monthly on ad configuration and fine-tuning without securing direct conversations, the engineering team designed a text-first pipeline. By building conversational artificial intelligence natively into SMS architecture, they enabled businesses to reach buyers instantly where they are most active.
