ForthWrite

Overview

ForthWrite is a highly personalized AI email writing assistant designed to eliminate the generic, robotic tone typical of standard artificial intelligence extensions. Operating natively inside web versions of Gmail and Outlook via a browser extension, it securely analyzes a user's historical sent items to map specific registers, sentence rhythms, and formatting habits. By parsing full contextual threads alongside recipient profiles, ForthWrite delivers contextually accurate, ready-to-send draft replies that match the user's authentic professional voice without requiring repetitive prompt engineering or external tab switching.

What it does

• Analyzes sent message histories to dynamically build tailored, personalized writing voice profiles
• Generates contextual email replies directly inside Gmail and Outlook message windows
• Adapts generation style automatically according to recipient roles and intent profiles
• Auto-drafts incoming correspondence in the background so replies wait upon inbox openings
• Integrates multi-model options enabling users to choose across 9 major AI providers using personal API keys

Who it's for

• Founders and Executives
• Sales Professionals
• Customer Success Teams
• Digital Marketers
• Recruiters and HR Managers

Why it works

• Authentic Voice Matching: Captures unique phrasing habits, sentence lengths, and closing sign-offs rather than outputting sterile templates.
• Background Auto-Drafting: Composes contextually grounded replies before the user even opens an incoming thread.
• Bring-Your-Own-Key Integration: Allows advanced power users to plug in personal credentials from providers like Claude, OpenAI, and DeepSeek to minimize ongoing token costs.
• Thread-Aware Comprehension: Evaluates long historical conversation chains, forwards, and multi-party introductions to resolve all outstanding questions.
• Privacy Walled Design: Isolates and encrypts localized fine-tuning layers with direct one-click dashboard wipe mechanisms.

Founder story

ForthWrite was founded in San Diego by Curtis Boortz to tackle the clear problem of communication drift. Recognizing that professional users spent more time rewriting generic AI drafts to fix corporate tone errors than composing original letters, Boortz designed an integrated workspace that acts as a continuous stylistic mirror, learning with every send.
