Founder story

Hire Success was established in 1997 by talent selection innovator Kelly Cantwell in Indianapolis, Indiana. Recognizing that traditional resumes routinely failed to display key behavioral traits or true cultural alignment, Kelly engineered an objective, data-driven framework. The platform pioneered early internet-native pre-employment evaluation systems, empowering growing corporate setups to screen high volumes of applicants without manual bottlenecks. It grew organically into a long-standing, trusted compliance asset.
