Founder story

Co-founded in 2020 by digital product builder Daniel Caridi, Kibu was established to solve the intense administrative load burdening the disability care system. Realizing that Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) spent more time completing repetitive state compliance forms than directly supporting individuals, Daniel engineered a mobile-first platform. Based in New York, the startup successfully replaced fragmented paper logs with a unified environment that matches real-time care with automated reporting.
