Kronologic

Overview

Kronologic is a specialized meeting scheduling platform designed for mid-market and enterprise B2B revenue teams to optimize inbound and outbound lead conversions. By leveraging machine learning models to negotiate calendars automatically over email, Kronologic ensures near-instant response times for high-intent prospects. It bypasses the need for traditional manual scheduling links, placing pre-negotiated meeting invites directly on calendars to accelerate the sales pipeline and reduce booking friction.

What it does

• Automates inbound and outbound meeting negotiation completely through AI email conversations.
• Predicts optimal availability times for prospects based on systemic calendar models and behavioral history.
• Places calendar invitations automatically on representative schedules within 60 seconds of inbound submission.
• Orchestrates scaled many-to-many team outreaches to book hundreds of meetings simultaneously.
• Tracks calendar monetization values and multi-channel meeting analytics across various internal pipeline pipelines.
• Provides native integration checkpoints to ensure multi-CRM syncing and zero manual logging for sales reps.

Who it's for

• Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales Teams
• Inbound SDR & B2B Lead Response Managers
• Digital Revenue Optimization Professionals
• Customer Expansion and Account Executive Teams

Why it works

• SLA Optimization: Solves the typical 42-hour average response delay by delivering an immediate, targeted calendar invitation under a minute.
• Higher Conversion Rates: Removes typical booking friction by negotiating specific meeting times natively in the email thread instead of dropping standard links.
• Massive Scale: Enables a single system operator to play 'puppet master', setting up thousands of complex team meetings concurrently across an entire enterprise.

Founder story

Kronologic was co-founded in Austin, Texas by Ben Parker and Chris Lee after noticing that massive investments in B2B inbound leads were being wasted due to poor follow-up windows. Drawing on Ben's extensive background in enterprise sales engineering at VMware and Chris's architecture leadership at Rapid7, they built an automated AI layer capable of treating calendar time as a liquid asset.
