Founder story

MaxContact was founded in Manchester, United Kingdom, by Ben Booth and Richard Coward. After over a decade of working with third-party contact center systems, the founders experienced first-hand the limitations, poor functionality, and rigid software options available to call centers. Following four years of dedicated product development, they launched MaxContact in 2015 to deliver a flexible, cloud-native contact center workspace built around agent efficiency and regulatory compliance.
