Overview
ORIS Intelligence is a dedicated brand protection software platform built specifically to help manufacturing brands maintain their pricing integrity across highly complex digital retail channels. The software employs proprietary web scraping technology and dynamic discovery crawlers to gather comprehensive pricing data from thousands of e-commerce web properties daily. By automatically comparing live marketplace pricing against pre-established policy minimums, it identifies unauthorized sellers and flags systemic price erosion before profit margins decay. The tool compiles automated actionable reports and evidence logs, turning fractured digital retail tracking into streamlined executive compliance enforcement pipelines.

Founder story
ORIS Intelligence was founded in 2013 by Lisa Stein in Columbus, Ohio. Drawing from an extensive entrepreneurial background inside industrial design networks, medical components, and operational systems, Stein realized that modern manufacturing brands suffered from massive pricing inconsistencies online, with unauthorized gray-market sellers eroding brand equity and undermining loyal retail channels. To resolve this, she designed a cloud-native platform that systematically crawls e-commerce channels to give manufacturers transparent pricing visibility. Under the executive leadership of CEO Pamela Springer, the company grew rapidly, ultimately leading to its successful acquisition by conversion data powerhouse PriceSpider in July 2019.
