Founder story

REWO was developed by VIAR, a technology company founded in Slovenia by Jernej Mirt and Marko Munda. Initially creating virtual reality software (Viar360), the founders identified a major gap in traditional manufacturing environments where paper SOPs and text manuals led to high training overhead and human error. To solve this, they launched REWO as a video-first platform to digitize visual work instructions and simplify knowledge transfer.
