Founder story

Rezi was founded in 2015 by Jacob Jacquet alongside co-founders Stephen Wagner and William Meger in Seoul, South Korea. Driven by the frustration of witnessing highly qualified college peers get systematically rejected by corporate software filters due to poor resume structuring and layout traps, Jacquet studied Applicant Tracking System documentation. He engineered an automated software application built explicitly around parsing logic, growing the platform to serve millions of global job hunters.
