By leveraging native NetSuite financial schemas, it automatically routes time entries and material consumption from the field into immediate, accurate billing cycles. Founder story

Shepherd CMMS was founded in 2013 by industrial service veteran Don Finnegan and cloud developer Richard Vann in Tallinn, Estonia. Having operated field servicing organizations globally, Finnegan grew frustrated with fragmented data pipelines where isolated field software failed to properly update central back-office ledger configurations. To bridge this gap, they engineered a computerized maintenance management system built from the ground up natively inside the NetSuite framework.
