Founder story

Shepherd CMMS was founded in 2013 by industrial service veteran Don Finnegan and cloud developer Richard Vann in Tallinn, Estonia. Having operated field servicing organizations globally, Finnegan grew frustrated with fragmented data pipelines where isolated field software failed to properly update central back-office ledger configurations.
