Founder story

Taia was founded in 2018 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, by entrepreneurs Matija Kovač and Marko Hozjan. After successfully running a language school, they observed that the translation industry remained fragmented and reliant on inefficient manual processes. They launched Taia to disrupt this by automating project management, security, and document handling for global localization.
