Total Expert Lead Management is an enterprise lead capture, routing, and engagement solution built specifically for banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders. Integrated directly into the Total Expert Customer Engagement Platform, it unifies borrower contact data, compliance tracking, and automated outreach into a single system. By replacing manual spreadsheets and horizontal CRMs with rule-based routing, automated Journeys, and AI-driven insights, it accelerates pipeline velocity and ensures compliant loan officer engagement.
Total Expert was founded in 2012 by Joe Welu in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Recognizing that traditional horizontal CRMs lacked built-in compliance and financial data structures needed by mortgage lenders and banks, Welu built a customer engagement and lead management platform tailored specifically for the financial services industry.
