Founder story

W3lcome was co-founded around 2017 by Alisson Rossi (Alisson Enz) and Lucas Cotta. Frustrated by the antiquated paper-based sign-in books found at corporate front desks that regularly caused long queues and compromised visitor privacy, the founders engineered a sleek self-check-in iPad application. The company successfully grew as a self-funded, bootstrapped SaaS solution before getting acquired in 2025.
