Founder story

Zensai was originally founded in 2009 in Aarhus, Denmark as Elearningforce (later known as LMS365) by Bjarne Mortensen and Paul Andringa. Built to address the hassle of operating external learning management systems alongside corporate Microsoft environments, the platform brought learning directly into SharePoint and Teams. Under CEO Rasmus Holst, the company rebranded to Zensai in 2024 to unite learning, engagement, and performance into a single platform.
