Plorik offers digital products and advertising placements. This Refund Policy outlines our refund terms for subscriptions and sponsored listings.

Plorik Pro Subscriptions

  • All purchases are final. Since Pro features are accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.
  • Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for the current period.

Sponsored Listings

  • Sponsored listings go live shortly after submission and payment.
  • Because exposure begins immediately, refunds are not available once a listing has been activated.
  • If a listing does not go live due to a technical issue on our end, we will work with you to resolve it or provide a credit toward future campaigns.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue, billing error, or believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion when circumstances warrant.
