Plorik is a platform for discovering, browsing, saving, and discussing SaaS products. We may display sponsored listings and offer optional paid features ("Pro"). Plorik does not own, operate, or guarantee third-party SaaS products listed on the platform.
To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.
If you post comments, reviews, or listings: you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Plorik permission to display and use it within the Service. You must have rights to any content you upload. We may remove content that violates our policies.
Sponsors may pay to promote their SaaS products. Sponsored listings are clearly labeled. We guarantee impressions or placement only as described in the sponsor plan and do not guarantee clicks, conversions, or business results. Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Refund policies are described on the pricing page. We may change pricing with notice.
Plorik links to third-party SaaS products. We are not responsible for their performance, security, pricing, or policies. Use them at your own risk.
We may collect usage data to improve the Service and provide aggregated analytics to sponsors. We do not sell personal information without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Plorik is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, availability of the Service, or business success from sponsors or listings. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plorik will not be liable for loss of profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Plorik means you accept the updated Terms.
